About TourRadar

TourRadar is a Series D, venture-backed tech company redefining how people discover and book organized adventures - disrupting a $200 billion industry in the process. As the leading Organized Adventure Platform, we empower operators to manage, market, and sell their multi-day tours directly to travelers (B2C) or through our global network of distribution partners (B2B2C).

Booking an organized tour has traditionally been a fragmented and time-consuming experience. Where will I stay? What activities are included? Are meals covered? Can I trust the operator?

TourRadar solves this by making the process seamless, intuitive, and centralized. We’ve partnered with 2,500+ trusted operators to offer over 50,000 adventures across 160+ countries, each with clear itineraries, verified reviews, and secure online booking. Since our founding in 2010, we’ve led the shift from offline to online, launching the industry’s first marketplace for multi-day tours. In 2021, we took it a step further with the introduction of our Organized Adventure Platform - connecting travelers, operators, travel agents, and creators in one integrated tech ecosystem.

We’re proudly global, with a team representing over 30 nationalities and offices in Europe, North America, and Australia. At TourRadar, we’re committed to building world-class products and experiences - and to the people behind them. As we continue to scale, we’re on the lookout for talented individuals ready to help us shape the future of adventure travel.

Working at TourRadar isn’t just a job. It’s a true adventure, one where you can change the way people experience the world through travel.

We’re looking to add a Vienna-based creative Video & Design Coordinator (full-time) to the TourRadar team - someone who can take ownership of video content and visual design, while also supporting social media execution and partner program operations (Ambassadors, Agents, Advisors, Guides).

The ideal candidate brings a strong creative eye and technical skills in video editing and design, with proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro and Figma, and the flexibility to contribute to community and admin tasks when needed.

  • Add captions, transitions, simple animations, sound design, and thumbnails to videos.
  • Film with basic equipment (camera, microphone, lighting) when needed.

Design for Social & Web

  • Create social media visuals and simple landing pages or campaign assets using Figma (or Canva).
  • Ensure consistent layout, branding, and design across platforms.

Social Media Support

  • Support content scheduling and publishing via Meta tools, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy for social posts.

  • Stay up to date on platform trends and audience behavior.

Community & Program Operations (Bonus)

  • Assist with onboarding, communications, and tracking for partners (ambassadors, advisors, agents, guides).
  • Manage affiliate links, creator licensing, and basic performance tracking.
  • Use HubSpot for contact management (workflows, tagging, outreach).

What you’ll need to bring to Your Adventure:

  • Strong video editing and production skills with tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent.
  • Experience creating both short-form and long-form video content.
  • Confidence using Figma (or Canva) for social media design and campaign assets.
  • An understanding of branding, layout, and design consistency.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and publishing tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a natural on-brand tone.
  • Curiosity and awareness of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
  • Bonus: Experience in the travel or creator space.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.

If you don’t check every single box, we still encourage you to apply as we value diversity and different perspectives!
