About TourRadar

TourRadar is a Series D, venture-backed tech company redefining how people discover and book organized adventures - disrupting a $200 billion industry in the process. As the leading Organized Adventure Platform, we empower operators to manage, market, and sell their multi-day tours directly to travelers (B2C) or through our global network of distribution partners (B2B2C).

Booking an organized tour has traditionally been a fragmented and time-consuming experience. Where will I stay? What activities are included? Are meals covered? Can I trust the operator?

TourRadar solves this by making the process seamless, intuitive, and centralized. We’ve partnered with 2,500+ trusted operators to offer over 50,000 adventures across 160+ countries, each with clear itineraries, verified reviews, and secure online booking. Since our founding in 2010, we’ve led the shift from offline to online, launching the industry’s first marketplace for multi-day tours. In 2021, we took it a step further with the introduction of our Organized Adventure Platform - connecting travelers, operators, travel agents, and creators in one integrated tech ecosystem.

We’re proudly global, with a team representing over 30 nationalities and offices in Europe, North America, and Australia. At TourRadar, we’re committed to building world-class products and experiences - and to the people behind them. As we continue to scale, we’re on the lookout for talented individuals ready to help us shape the future of adventure travel.

Working at TourRadar isn’t just a job. It’s a true adventure, one where you can change the way people experience the world through travel.

We are currently looking for a Social Media & Community Specialist to join our team (full-time) in Vienna or Toronto. As a Social Media & Community Specialist, you will play a vital role in growing our online community, elevating our brand voice, and building authentic connections with creators, travelers, and partners. You’ll work across platforms to drive engagement, track performance, and help bring the TourRadar story to life online.

What You’ll Discover on Your Journey with Us:

Your Responsibilities:

  • You’ll play a key role in shaping TourRadar’s next phase of social growth — owning content pillars, experimenting with new formats, and growing our creator and partner community.
  • Manage and grow TourRadar's organic social channels with compelling, on-brand content.
  • Lead content planning and publishing for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels.
  • Support and scale the TourRadar Ambassador Program by collaborating with creators and sharing key assets and messaging.
  • Work with email and CRM teams to align on ambassador outreach and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, brand, partnerships, and paid media teams to align messaging across channels.
  • Track and analyze social performance through dashboards (e.g. Lookr) to optimize engagement and inform strategy.
  • Conduct social listening and monitor trends, platform updates, and conversations related to travel and adventure.
  • Coordinate reminders and promotions with affiliates and ambassador partners to maximize reach and campaign performance.
  • Assist with developing short-form content ideas and participate in occasional production or editing workflows.

What You’ll Need to Bring to Your Adventure:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably in travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and how content performs on each.
  • Experience with social media tools such as scheduling platforms, dashboards, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A strategic mindset combined with creativity and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter attitude, with a willingness to experiment, iterate, and grow.
  • Experience working with creators or influencers is a plus.
  • Interest in passion for travel and global cultures is highly valued.

If you don’t check every single box, we still encourage you to apply as we value diversity and different perspectives!
