We are currently looking for an Operator Support Agent (Full-time) to join our team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer-centric, enjoys challenging work and most importantly - loves all things travel!

What will you do?

  • Building an understanding of the products offered by TourRadar partners across the globe to understand the full operating scope of TourRadar.
  • Managing day-to-day operator communication (via Email, Phone & Live Chat ...).
  • Supporting operators with sales enquiries through our internal dashboard & CRM
  • Effectively helping operators with training and optimisation in an industry that is continuously evolving.
  • Acquiring knowledge of the TourRadar systems to develop training materials, help center articles and other content to support tour operators and Business Development Managers.
  • Providing excellent customer care by connecting with new partners, on­boarding their inventory, and training their team.
  • Representing TourRadar in local and global industry events

 

Who you are:

  • You love to travel!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate directly in person and online and comfortable networking with partners to create beneficial business relationships.
  • Experience with updating processes and training documentation
  • High standards of customer service and excellent communication/presentation skills.  
  • Personal and/or professional travel experience to areas in which TourRadar sells and passion for travel.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Natural self-starter, craving new challenges and able to prioritise multiple responsibilities.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with an aptitude in problem-solving and a passion for learning 
  • You are open-minded, love challenges, and know the value of travel
  • Friendly, flexible with a sense of humour.
