We are currently looking for an Office Manager and HR Coordinator (Full-time) to join our team in Vienna. 

HR administration responsibilities:

  • Serve as the ‘go-to’ person for our team, handling ongoing general administrative work, as well as new tasks as needed in support of the company
  • Supporting on Employer Branding initiatives
  • Supporting on monthly payroll with our Accounting Team
  • Support the team with the on- and offboarding of our team members (e.g. preparing and/or sending new equipment)
  • Partner with the global HR team to update and maintain office policies as necessary


Office Management responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate package deliveries
  • Arrange and book business trips and team events
  • Being the point of contact to local suppliers, service and insurance providers, and authorities
  • Organizing company celebrations & events
  • Ensure that the office feels like home and a vibrant place to work
